Aquatic Classes

Aqua Therapy – Enjoy the healing benefits of the water with Aqua Therapy. Excellent for those suffering from MS, arthritis & fibromyalgia, or needing stress relief and relaxation. Chairlift available to those needing assistance entering the pool. 

Cardio Splash – A powerful, cardio filled hour to raise your heart rate, sculpt your muscles, increase performance in other sports and strengthen the body’s core and balance. 

Water Works – A great way to condition the heart, muscles & joints without the impact of land aerobics. Uses the natural resistance of water to sculpt muscles while improving balance and cardio health. Remember – Friday’s are volleyball! 

Land based classes

Body Sculpt – Build strength & definition. Instructors utilize body bars, medicine balls, exertubes & hand weights to target all muscle groups. Remember – more muscle = higher resting metabolic rate!! 

Cardio Boot Camp – Strong military style training program! Uses all modes of exercise & equipment, including medicine balls & tubing. Come prepared to sweat & leave stronger. 

Cardio Step – High energy calorie burning cardio workout utilizing the step with simple yet powerful moves. Class concludes with abdominal work. 

Cycle Circuit – The best of both worlds. A fusion of Power Cycling and Body Sculpt in one class. 

Zumba – Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. 

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Fitness Forever – A class designed for the mature adult to help them improve their strength, balance, mobility & flexibility. Exercises can be performed in a chair, on a stability ball or standing. Uses weighted medicine balls, exercise tubing & hand weights. 

Kick Boot Camp – A complete fusion workout with PUNCH! Tones abs, arms, legs and torso using controlled jabs, blocks, punches & kicks combined with squats, lunges & boot camp moves. Finishes with sculpting moves using a variety of strength training equipment. 

Kick-n-Glide – A fusion class combining the calorie burning benefits of kickboxing with the strengthening & balancing benefits of “Gliding(TM)”. Gliding discs allow for smooth & strong movements without impact. 

Medicine Ball Magic – Improve your strength, muscle tone, balance & fitness level by tossing, catching, holding & handling a weighted medicine ball. Perfect for all fitness levels. 

Power Cycle – A dynamic indoor group cycling experience. 17 fully adjustable bikes, an enthusiastic instructor and great tunes set the stage for an incredibly motivating workout. Bring a water bottle and towel and get ready to spin your hearts out. 

Pump-It-Up – A group strength training workout utilizing a body bar and dumbbells. Body bar can be adjusted from 4.5 lbs to 50 lbs. Targets all major muscle groups. If you hate lifting weights alone, this one is for you! More lean muscle mass = greater resting metabolic rate!! 

Pump Fusion – Pump it up with a twist! This class adds medicine balls and a cardio element to the regular pump class giving you the benefit of both all three classes in one
